Sorry I know nothing about this kind of stuff but where I work uses groupwise and I need a to do list that allows me to covert emails into a task
Is this possible, if so how do I do it

This is possible in two ways:

1. With a free account you can link emails to tasks. To do so, you need one of our plugins for email clients which adds a "Add email as task" option to every project and the Quick Add menu while you've selected an email in your client.

2. With a Premium account you can send emails to projects. For this, you don't need any of our plugins, you only right-click on a project, choose "Email tasks to this project" and get the unique email address of this project, to which you can send your mails. Unlike the first option, this will not create a link to the message, but it will convert the message's body into a task note.

Please refer to this post on our blog for a comparison of both options: https://todoist.com/blog/2013/01/zero-inbox-policy-with-todoist/
