I am tired of problems with synchronization.

Trying to log into the web. I have the entry: "Bad Request
Unknown error happened: MISCONF Redis is configured to save RDB snapshots, but is currently not able to persist on disk. Commands that may modify the data set are disabled. Please check Redis logs for details about the error."

Hi Evgeniy,

Sorry to hear that. :-( We had a service interruption a couple of hours ago and that's why you received that message. We're all ears in making the synchronization work reliably for everybody. Unfortunately, we need for more information for each type of synchronization issue.

It is entirely possible that we're running into edge case scenarios as we can't replicate the issue reliably on our end. Please provide as much info as you can:

- does logging out helps?
- how long does it take for the problem occur again? (assuming logging out and logging in again solves the sync issue)
- do you see any patterns at all?
- for unsyncrhonized task, is it from the web? mobile? desktop? plug-ins? or all of the above?

These info are reported back to our developers and we do take them seriously. The detailed the report, the most likely we will be able to pinpoint the cause of the issue. Really sorry for the inconvenience.
