Todoist [Business] support for SAML

Currently a Todoist premium user and looking into getting my whole team onboard with a Business subscription. Does Todoist Business provide support for SAML/Federated authentication? If not, is that on the roadmap?

Hi Michael,

We currently use the highest standards available. You can read more through Amazon Web Services, which is used to host our data. If SAML becomes the norm, then yes, we would of course update to this standard.

Brendon.

Uh, that answer suggests you're unfamiliar with what SAML is used for. SAML is already the internet standard, widely implemented world-wide standard, cross-platform norm method for federating services. Check it the backgrounder at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAML_2.0.

I currently use my enterprise authentication (Windows Active Directory) to federate via SAML with Box, Dropbox, ShareFile, Clarizen and a host of other SaaS offerings. If I extend offerings such at Todoist to my entire team or business the last thing I want anyone to have to worry about is yet another account to logon with (please don't tell me they could use Google or Facebook or Blah Blah Blah accounts, we use our own AD accounts for business).

Michael,

The answer was from only small knowledge of exactly what it is. That being said, I don't know when this would be added to our service, but it's very possible. Of course we want as many security practices as possible. Feel free to add it to our Votebox section. http://todoist.com/Vote/

Brendon.
