Completed tasks will not load


I have been unable to load completed tasks for about a week. I get the following error message, "You appear to be offline or Todoist is down. This action requires that you are online. Please try again later." However, I am never offline and am connected directly through ethernet. All other website appear to be connecting normally.

I am using Firefox 29.0.1 on Windows 7.

Hello Christina,

Please tell me, do you see a triangle icon at the top in Todoist? If so, click on it to force a sync.

If that won't help, please try to go to Firefox's Options -> Advanced -> Network, clear the entire cache and also remove todoist.com from the bottom in this window (delete its offline data), reload the browser, log back in and see if it helps.

Thanks, David. I don't have a triangle icon, but clearing the cache and Todoist's offline data did the trick.
