windows server 2012 - intermittent partial sync

Working on Windows 2012 server, Todoist seemed reliable in the past.

today entered some serial numbers for software via my main workstation (windows 7), then went to the Server to plop them into installations - not there.

tried adding notes to existing entries - none showed up

Tried creating completely new tasks - nothing showed up

manual sync - nothing

rebooted server and reinstalled todoist - a few of the new test tasks showed up, but some did not - can't distinguish anything different about them other than the text content

after numerous sync/reboots/re-installs, none of the notes added to existing tasks show up. and, the missing new test tasks still don't show up.

Hello Stephen,

You've mentioned that it started after you've entered some serial numbers - what numbers are you referring to and where did you enter them? Are you talking about a code from a voucher for Todoist Premium?

Also, please try to clear the app's cache, it should be in Users/[USER_NAME]/AppData/Local/Todoist/Windows

Best regards,

the serial numbers have nothing to do with todoist product serial numbers... just that they are long strings of letters and characters that somehow Todoist decided weren't worhty of showing up after a sync...

for example the following test entries:
"test" - showed up after sync
"AH59YX-K4WTUC-6TKCAR-Q4JGGD-TVLRXD-2ANJ" - did not show up after sync

After deleting the entire folder in appdata these came through and new tests work fine.
