When did you get to start this issue? Was it working before? Please try disable any anti-virus software if you have one. Also, did you start using a proxy or VPN lately?
Hello, I just became a premium member. The desktop app works occasionally. I do use a VPN regularly. Could it be that it doesn't work well with the VPN?
Does it only happen when the VPN is turned on?
I cannot say for sure. I'm actually having problems replicating the issue right now, but will follow up if it happens again and try to note VPN use.
