HELP!! It says that I finished 100+ tasks yesterday.

Yesterday, I'd only finished about 15 tasks. However, when the daily email report was sent to me, I found out that I finished 100+ tasks yesterday. It mess up my data, which makes me impossible to analyze how's my works!

Hello,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, this was most likely caused by the sync issues from yesterday's outage :-(

Please try to click on the Karma score -> View all completed and delete the instances of the tasks that were marked as completed multiple times.

I thought that was the issue, so glad to see. Mine got tripled for the day to 268, told my boss I'm taking Friday off

The same happened to me. I was really surprised =)

BTW, today some sync issues are still occurring. I've completed tasks on Android, but in Chrome they are not synced at all.

My todoist reports 466 tasks finished in one day.

When I show completed tasks by project I don't see duplicates.
How to deal with that issue on non-premium accounts (I can't click on the Karma score -> View all completed)?

Hi,

We have already identified the issue and fixed it already so this shouldn't happen again. However, the fix will not remove those duplicated tasks. Really sorry for the inconvenience. :-(

These issues haven't been completely fixed yet. I observed similar duplicates yesterday. However, now there are just a few duplicates - not hundreds as previously.

Hello Piotr,

Please try to log out of your Todoist account, delete all Todoist's offline data from your browser's cache, reload the browser and log back in. Let us know if the issue still persists after that.
