When will work sync?

The second day of synchronization on windows is not running. When You correct the situation? In the 3 months that I use todoist, sync worked fine for 2 weeks. Tell me please, do You plan to do something with this? If not, then I move on to another task Manager. Thanks in advance for your reply

Same issue with sync between iphone and web...
We are planning to use todoist but only of sync is perfectly working!

A number of us seem to be having this issue.

Changes in OSX app, Android app, and web browser aren't registering with each other (or are, but very occasionally, very slowly, and with no discernible pattern.)
Changes in browser or apps not registering with productivity.
Logging out then in seems to revert to what the web browser is saying.

I'm in the UK, and my internet connection is fine.

Can we hear from someone on Staff please? I can't use this product if it won't sync consistently.

Having just renewed my subscription, the sync issues are as poor as I have known. Please provide some information on what the issue is and when it will be fixed.

I'm in the same boat as others. I recently joined as a Premium user. I'm second guessing this decision. Sync is a very important capability which I have to say has worked well until now. Please provide an ETA on a fix is known. Among other things, I'm concerned about putting more information into a given client in fear that—whenever the problem is fixed—my information may not properly sync up or otherwise get lost.

Yes, we are having server issues and they are being resolved now. We hope it won't be much longer.

Same issue here but I also have duplicated contacts on my phone. todoist on computer seems ok, but nothing syncing with devices.

Things appear to be syncing good now (Atlanta, GA); at least between the web and outlook platforms.
