Todoist Doesnt Work


Hi, I am facing the same problem. Todoist has suddenly stopped working. It doesn't allow me to log out either. I tried changing my password and restarting my computer. Nothing works. I need to access it via my browser, which is tedious.

Any solutions? :-(

Which browser do you use to access your account now?

The browser version works fine. The problem happened in the Windows desktop version. But...thankfully, I resolved it by uninstalling Todoist, clearing all temp files and cache, changing my password, and reinstalling Todoist.

Involved an extensive amount of wasted time though. :-!

And I use IE for work...least interesting browser for least interesting ...errr.. ;-D

Hi Rail. I have similar problem with Todoist. Could you tell, can you access your account via Chrome browser?

Hello Rail,

Please note that when you launch the Windows app and then use "X" to close it, the app only hides to the system tray and doesn't completely quit. Go to the tray and double-click on the TD icon to bring it back or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+T.

You can change this behavior by right-clicking on the TD icon in the tray and going to "Configurations", but please note that this will also disable the global keyboard shortcuts that only work when the app runs in the background.
