"Print current page" prints an old page instead

NB

I updated my Inbox list, but it prints as the previous version of the list. I haven't had this problem before.

Hi Nick,

Does this only occur when using the Mac App? If you load it in the website version (chrome or other) does it happen as well?

Our Mac App uses the Safari engine at the moment, try re-setting (clearing cache) for Safari and try again.

Regards,
Brendon.

Brendon

Thanks for the rapid response.

The Mac and iPhone versions look fine on screen, but print the old version. The old version appears on screen on todoist.com (which I access via Safari).

Nick,

Can you try resetting (clearing cache) for Safari as suggested, the Mac App actually uses the Safari engine, so this can sometimes resolve issues.

Regards,
Brendon.

I cleared History, but the problem remains. Do I need to do more of the reset options?

Nick,

No, that would be the only options for Safari. I will pass this along and see if we can find the cause of the issue.

Brendon.

Nick,

Sorry for the delay, we are still looking into this. Though, I mis-read your previous post about Safari. When you choose Reset, you need to choose everything, history does not effect Todoist in the way we need.

Brendon.
