Sync problem due to due date


it seem like if I added some task in web with due date, then later part I removed the due date, on mobile and chrome plugin will still show the task with the due date, it doesn't get removed it.

If you refresh the apps (using the refresh button) does it still display them incorrectly? If you sign out and back in again do they get corrected?

refresh not working but sign out and back in again do get it corrected.

Is there any update to this issue. This is my number one issue with Todoist right now. Windows app seems to be the main culprit. Refreshing doesn't see to help.

The really bizarre thing right now is that my browser on my laptop and my browser on my PC are showing different things.

Scratch my comment about the windows app being the main culprit. All seem to be different. The only one that seems to be staying perfect is the android app.

Hello Michael,

Please log out from your account on all platforms and then:

1. In Chrome, go to Adv. Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data, find and delete Todoist's entry, close the browser.

2. Go to C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Todoist and then delete the "Cache" folder in the "Windows" and "Outlook" folders (in the Todoist directory)

After than, log back in everywhere and see if it helped.

Thanks....great support! Just a log out / log in did it on each device / system.
