Evrything is out of sync

Todoist is fantastic but there are some serious sync problems.

My Android is usually correct and up to date as it is today. My Windows App has pulled up a load of tasks from the past which I removed the "due date" from ages ago. The website version is different again with different tasks that have had their due date reinstated.

I have tried all the usual stuff like clearing my cache and rebooting my pc with no luck. The only way to resolve it is to go thru each task and remove the due date again.

This problem happens every few days, please help! If I change the project it remembers that but it just will no remember the date has been removed.

Hello,

Please try to right-click on the TD icon it adds to the system tray and use the "logout" option which will also clear the app's cache.

Also, try to reinstall the Android app to make sure it's not syncing incorrectly.

Loging out and back in did solve the problem.

I currently use Todoist on 2 PCs (app), Android and iOS. It's a regular problem for the PC Apps.

The only things ever out of sync are Tasks which have had their dates changed/removed. If I move a task to a different project it remember the correct project. It just sometimes restores the dates on some tasks to what they were.

Todoist is fantastic compared to all the others I have tried. This is the only bad thing i have found so far. Are there any plans for a fix as this happens often!

Yes we are looking into sync issues right now. The date information should be of use in resolving this.

If I can be of any further help in resolving this. I am web developer so I
am very familiar with HTML/JS etc.

When can we expect fixes for the sync problems? Today I have been having problems logging out and in which is my usual method to work-around the problems.

Your original issues are being worked on, though today we had/having server issues which are being fixed and should be resolved soon.
