Syncing issues on iOS, Chrome app, and web


I've also had syncing issues over the last week or so. I mostly make changes during the day on the iOS app, but the web site and Chrome app don't sync. The Chrome app and website aren't even in sync with each other. The only work around I've found is to log out and back in again. I'm logging in with my Google account, if that's any help. Thanks for any help you can give. I love the product but need to be sure I'm in sync.

Hello Anthony,

Please clear Todoist's offline data from Chrome's Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data.

Please make sure to either use the web-app on Chrome or the Chrome extension. Using both may only push the synced changes just to one of them, especially if you have both the web-app and the extension opened.
