Synching not work for IOS

I am having issues with my iphone 5s. The platform is not synching properly. I have to logout and log in constantly otherwise old projects that are completed/deleted- are still showing up as active on today.

Hello Jonathan,

Please tell me - are you using version 8.2 of our app? If so, when you've mentioned completed/deleted projects, are you referring to actual full projects and not tasks within projects? It's important to specify this as it can be a completely different issue if it's related to projects than tasks.

Also, can you reliably reproduce it now by adding a task or project, completing the task or deleting the project or deleting the task (please clarify) and it's till visible on iOS? If so, do you see a small circular animation in the top-left corner when you do this (which would mean that the app tries to sync)?

I am on the latest version of the IOS app.

So for example: I update my tasks in each individual project on outlook todoist.

When I go to look on my iphone- my changes are not showing up. Let's say I delete 2 tasks from today on outlook. The iphone is not showing the changes. The phone shows the little circle at the top to sync. Then when I go to refresh, it syncs. But there is nothing updated.

So this is in updating tasks, sorry for the confusion. Changes to tasks are not showing up on iphone.

Hello,

So far, I can't reproduce this at all. Any change I make on any platforms is instantly synced to iOS and appears on the list within 3 seconds without having to manually force a sync.

Nonetheless, I'll pass it to the developers and we'll continue to try to identify this issue.

For now, please tell me, did you try to completely delete and reinstall the app?

I now tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Working great.
