Sorting a filtered list by priority

Hi all,

I've been attempting to sort a filtered list by priority and I've been running up against a brick wall. I have a "Focus" filter which presents all current and overdue projects that are priority 1-3. The filter is "(overdue, today) & !p4". This works great, except the list is sorted by due dates instead of priority. I've tried several variations on the search string to get it to sort by priority, but I'm having no luck. is there a way to sort this filter by priority?

Hello Bill,

"Overdue" is a "special" filter which will always split tasks by their overdue date. It will attempt to split them all the time, but I did manage to trick it with this filter:

(p1, p2, p3) & (today, overdue)

which shows a list sorted by priority. Let me know if that helps or did you want to see a different view.
