I`m using T-Mobile and I`m wondering how I can get the premium package !

I see that you are already a premium user. Are you missing a premium feature?
My premium app which I started with will expire at May 14 th but again if I would take the voucher from T-online - pls advice what I must do in order to get the T-Mobile voucher for the premium version ?
Please clarify what voucher are you referring to? If you're talking about our current 30% discount, you can use in anytime by going to https://todoist.com, logging in and choosing "Premium" from the gear icon menu at the top.
Note - if you're already Premium, then you must extend your membership through the web and not through the Android app because it doesn't allow further Premium purchases if you already have a Premium account.
David - no it`s an offer that every T-Mobile customer gets 1 year free with todoist premium !
Please tell me, are there any instructions on the voucher? Typically, they should include a detailed step-by-step description and the URL where you can redeem the voucher code. Did you go to https://todoist.com/redeem entered the voucher code and it failed? Did it show an error message?
David - the information on the voucher was just one word - unfortunatly now it is gone - do did you have a voucher action with T-Mobile ?
Please clarify how is it gone? Did you receive a voucher on paper which you no longer have or via email and the email got deleted?
The more details about what happened exactly you could provide, the better we can assist you. We did not have any deals or promotions with T-Mobile, but we did have a deal with QVC in the past so please clarify where exactly did you get the code - did you go to a T-Mobile dealer, signed a contract and they gave you a piece of paper with a code for Todoist Premium? Or did you buy something else and got it or was it an email?
Assuming that is was on paper, could you please photograph it and link to the photo uploaded on Google Drive or Dropbox or Imgur? We could upgrade your account based on that.
That`s the tragedy I don`t know where it came up to me but I had to fill in one password in order to get the T-Mobile voucher.
Unfortunately with no details where it came from, what it is or what it contained, we can't do anything about it :-( In case you'll find it, please send any information about it you can provide and we'll look into it.
