I'm tired from problems with recurring dates syntax

It would be great to have UI with all settings, not only by adding weird sentence (in Russian language it's even more weird). It's still ok to use dates by such sentences, but sometimes it's simpler and faster to do through more heavy UI.

Thank you!

We're sorry to hear that. We always aim at simplicity and ease of use and considering how many different recurrence patterns are available, creating a UI that will allow you to set a date, recurrence, time, starting date etc. is extremely difficult if it should be easy to use.

Right now, our UI gives most flexibility due to the free text input. You can just type "every day" or "every Friday at 2pm" etc. and see the complete list of supported patterns here: https://todoist.com/Help/DatesTimes

Please let us know which ones are you experiencing issues with, which are incorrectly translated, which sound weird etc. and we'll improve them.

First of all it would be great to have possibility to see English syntax on this page somehow: https://todoist.com/Help/DatesTimes
Even https://todoist.com/Help/DatesTimes?lang=en shows me still Russian language syntax (text written in english, but syntax description in Russian).

Second thing is that simplicity is good thing, but It's not simple to write:
"после 3 месяцев начиная с 15 мая". It's not native language. I usually do:
"после 15 мая каждые 3 месяца", but this syntax is incorrect, so I have to read help page then return back to write ugly sentence. Nice simple UI would be good.

Third thing is that sometimes I would prefer another meaning of 3 months. For example if date is 15 jan than after 3 months means 15 apr.

And etc.

Best regards,
