Date Filter bug: today, tomorrow, overdue works but today, overdue does not

There is a bug in the date filter on the web version. The both the following filter:

will correctly find tasks for those three time-periods, but

finds nothing.

So apparently there's a bug when putting overdue right after today, causing it to find nothing.

There are several similar problems reported, but those I found were not quite as clear, and it appeared that Todoist didn't really think they had a bug, hence this report.

Hi Alex,

I have tested this myself and it's working fine for me. What browser are you using and it's version? When you query "today, overdue", what does it return? Any error messages?

Best Regards,

It returned nothing, and no error message, as if empty result set. And it was stable that way in that if I did (today,overdue)&p1 then it was still empty, but I guess that's to be expected.

I used Chrome or possibly the windows client, actually I think I tested both, I think I opened the windows client to see if the filter worked there, and got same response, but I'm not certain. Chrome said it just updated to 34.0.1847.131 m when I opened it, so I don't know which version I had earlier today when I did the test.

However, I cannot reproduce the problem, neither on web or in windows client. So either you fixed in on your end, or I would think its a data centric problem (which also seems likely). I seriously doubt it was user-error, as it was as clear as I describe.

If we 'close' this now, and the problem reappears, should I then create a new thread, or just respond to this thread again?

Best Alex
