Reminders are not matchng up


I have noticed that my notification method is not syncing up for my older tasks. On the website, my reminders are marked for Mobile Push, but on the app on the same task it is is showing as email. On those tasks, I am getting email notifications only. When I create a new task via the app or the website, the notifications are coming through correctly as a mobile push. I have cleared the data/cache and logged back into the app in hopes of getting everything back in sync, but the same issue is occurring. Reminder showing as Mobile Push on the web, but email on the app for the previously created tasks.

Hi Rueshann,

Are you able to edit the old tasks and change the reminders to PUSH instead, or is that not being allowed?

Are these recurring tasks? Once completed, the new occurrence, is still set to Email?

If I change the reminder on the phone app, it shows mobile push for a
second and then it switches back. If I make the change on the website by
adding a new reminder for mobile push and removing the original one, the
change does appear to stick. All of the tasks with this issue are recurring
ones and the incorrect notification would appear on the next task each
time. I guess I can just go through and change those tasks manually. I will
report if the issue should re-occur.
