Save searches on android

I recently started using todoist and enjoying it.
However i must already write here to ask for a feature.

I see that when i perform a custom search, the search is added at the end of the filter list. But it disappears upon application closing or simply app switching.

So the question: would it be possible to save the last searches in the list?

Hi Paolo,

I am not sure what you are referring too, when searching, nothing is saved. Can you send a screenshot of what you mean to brendon@doist.io.

As for saving, you can do that with filters. The left hand menu, Filters, Gear Icon, + sign. From there you can create the same search entry and save it as something to be used again.

Hi Brendon, i just sent you a screenshot of what i mean.

Essentially this problem is only on the android app because on the web app i can bookmark my searches and i don't need to have them stored anywhere.

But in the android case there's not such option.
I know that perhaps i should be using the premium version of todoist, but i thought that maybe this simple option could be available also in the free version? After all it would not make use of any other premium feature, including labels..

Hello Paolo,

We strongly recommend not to bookmark any other URL than https://todoist.com which will always redirect you to the correct latest version of our app. If you bookmark the full URL of a search result with a version number, it can cause multiple different issues.

Now, in the Android app, just as on the web, you can store your searches as filters. As soon as you start to search, you'll see "Add filter" in the top-right corner of the Android app. This is a Premium feature.

Best regards,
