What security is in place to prevent others from seeing or accessing my tasks

Actually this question applies to all platforms. I have wanted a tool like Todoist for a long time, however, I am concerned about application security. How are my tasks stored? Is each account encrypted? I am using my iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1. I have accessed my account with a few different Windows 7 PCs using IE and Chrome.

Hello Lynn,

We treat security and privacy very seriously, no one in our team can read or access your tasks at all, all data is stored securely on our host - Amazon Web Services who have excellent security measurements: http://aws.amazon.com/security/

All communication from and to the server is encrypted with a 256-bit SSL key (newly issued after the Heartbleed bug, as an extra precaution). Passwords are not stored in our system, they're hashed and salted. Basically, your data is as secure as technically possible.

Best regards,
