Iphone not syncing

For the past month I've noticed that when I make updates to my tasks online or in the mac desktop app my iphone does show these updates. I've run the sync several times on the Iphone and it doesn't update the tasks. The only way I've been able to get the Iphone to update is to sign in and out of Todoist account on the phone. Is there some other resolution to this problem?

I got a similar issue (sort of)

I created a todo on my iPhone. I then gave that ToDo a reminder. Then I noticed I all of a sudden had 2 copies of the same ToDo, one with the reminder, one without.

So I completed the one without the reminder, and I was left with just the one. Then I checked online at todoist.com...and my todo wasn't there at all.

I then made a change to the wording (added a word), and sure enough it showed up online, but without a reminder, and on the iPhone, I promptly got a duplicate again. Somehow, iOS is sending it to todoist, which then sends it back down as a fresh copy back to iOS.

We hope these issues will be resolved in the next update, 8.2. This should be released fairly soon, just waiting on a few things. Once it does come out, please let us know if it continues.

I've got similiar issues - created a bunch of labels on the Windows client, and these do not appear in iPhone after syncing on Windows and restarting on iPhone.

This is a total deal breaker for me right now - any updates?

Also - it seems I have to manually sync all clients? Is there no automatic syncing as soon as each client starts (this would make more sense no?)?

An update: it seemed to update after i went into iPhone settings, I didn't do anything else and then the labels were there - after 2 iphone restarts.
