Pressing enter doesn't create a new task

In the shortcut list it states that a new task will be created below the task currently being edited, this doesn't work on any of the platforms I use, why is that?

Friendly greetings,

Hi Erik,

Please confirm if you are doing this within the Project view, as it's only possible within the Project, not on the Today or similar views.

Also, which platforms are you using?

I too am having this issue in the project view within Chrome on the Mac, enter will save the task but not create a new one, ctrl+enter will create one above. Ideally I'd be fine with enter just saving if there was another keyboard shortcut that could allow me to save and create another below the one I am editing so I can quickly create sub-tasks.

Edit: I noticed it appears to work properly on new tasks, but not on editing existing ones.

Hi Matt,

If you're entering a new task, it will automatically create a new task underneath the previous as you've noticed. When editing an existing task and you want to quickly add a task below it, you can press SHIFT + ENTER.
