Won't sync in Web Chrome

1. Chrome doesn't like the https signature, so won't load the page if https is being used.

2. I've been getting an error telling me that it can't sync with the server for the past 24 hours, so all of my changes are offline-only.

Should I discard changes and start over? Or is there a way to save my work & sync?

Hello Brandon,

Unfortunately, we can't reproduce/confirm this issue. Please tell me - what version of Chrome and what operating system are you using?

We've had another report from a user on Windows XP SP2 and unfortunately, we may not be able to do anything about it. The other user reported that it works on Service Pack 3 and since we're using a new 256-bit SSL key, it's possible that SP2 may not support it correctly.

Furthermore, we strongly recommend to upgrade your OS as Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and can be a security vulnerability in general at this point.

Best regards,

The XP SP2 is on my work laptop, so I will need to wait for this to be upgraded later this month.

I have a number of other OS options outside of my work PC in the mean time, but I would recommend making a note to other users that may be using SP2 or older machines because of the security upgrade.
