Clear labels

I have set a task with an @label, that I misspelled. Now, when I type in a label for a task, it shows in the list. I have tried to delete it, including clearing all my browsing history, but it is still there. Any suggestions on how to remove it?

Hello Quint,

Please click on the "Labels" tab from the menu on the left, then right-click on the label you're referring to, choose "Edit label" and change its name. You can also delete it from there, though it will remove this label from every task you've attached it to.

I corrrect me if I am wrong that clearing label or deleting label will remove it from all task that have this label. What if I label a task wrongly and need to change it to another label but I still have other tasks under this label which I need.

Hi Lee,

Yes, deleting a label under the LABELs tab will delete it from all of your tasks. If you just need to remove it from one task, you can just edit the task and delete it from there.
