Not Set up as a Premium Account after Upgrading
I upgraded my account today from a free user to a Premium User. I email with the following information:
Buyer: William Maytidu
Order reference: ch_3p71oXMpSengJl
Date of purchase: April 09, 2014 - 21:00
Total amount: $29 USD
The problem is that I can not get my account to access the Premium Features. When I go into account management I am still reflected as being a Free User. I must have missed something somewhere that actually upgrades your account. The account was originally set up using firstname.lastname@example.org, which was a mistake. I was able to change this to my primary email email@example.com. Please let me know how to make function as a Premium Account before I start loading a lot of Data into it.
