Hi Stacy,

From my understanding of what SSAE 16 actually is, then I'd say no. Though we have never been in the situation before where something such as that would be done. That being said, the answer no, states we have no say on the matter at this time.

Brendon.

Hi Brendon. I would like to know if the text (information) which I write to the "task" will be save. Which means, nobody from your team or another third part will be able to read my content.

Thanks

Hi,

That is correct. We have access to the encrypted data, but no way to read or really access it in any way shape or form.

Regards,
Brendon

Hello Brendon,

Have there been any changes? In that post David said that data is not encrypted on the servers:

Thanks and best regards,
Andreas

Hello Andreas,

That was my mistake, after contacting our admin, he later confirmed that Amazon actually does encrypt all the data on their servers :-)
