Windows Todoist - My projects are not accessed after installation

I installed the most recent Win version and I cannot reach my existing account/projects: it assumes that it is a new one. By clicking on Settings/Go to todoist.com I have my account (Premium) displayed and all the projects. How can I get these data on my Win screen si that I can see them when offline?

Hello Giancarlo,

According to our database, you have 2 accounts - the Premium one you're logged into now and one Gmail-based account.

That said, please do not use the Login with Google option in the Windows app if you're using a manual login elsewhere, you have to log in across all platforms using the same credentials, but also the same login method.

If you access the settings, the browser opens this page and if you're logged into the correct account in your browser - that's why it shows your tasks.

To correct this, please right-click on the TD icon in the system tray, choose "Logout" from there and next time log into the same account as you do on the web.
