Client updates


I've noticed that the client update process is inconsistent. I have Todoist installed on a Mac and on a Windows computer. When I rearrange tasks, the other client seems to update automatically. However, when I mark a task complete I don't see an update on the other client. Shouldn't this process by automatic for every change?

Hello Stephen,

Yes, every change, even a drag & drop of a task should be synced automatically across all platforms.

If that doesn't happen, please tell me:
- From what platform to what platform does the sync fail?
- Where exactly are you completing the task (in a project, filter view, 7 days view etc.)?
- Does the sync fail both ways? From <-> to the platforms?
- What's the exact due date of the affected task?

I did an update on my Windows version today and things seem to be working. I'll keep watching it.
