Hello William,

We're sorry to hear that. Just to clarify, the window you are trying to close is that little window on the lower right corner of the gmail tab, correct? If so, I'm testing it right now on Chrome and it works fine. If you are referring to a different window, can you please let me know which one exactly?

Can you please tell me what browser you are using? Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Todoist gmail chrome extension.

Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same trouble. The problem is once you have opened the window from the button at the top of a specific message the window doesn't seem to be closeable. My current solution for that requires me to close gmail and then reopen it to continue my work.

Hello Dean,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. I've opened Chrome (version 34.0.1847.116 m) with Todoist for Gmail (version 1.7), went to Gmail, opened a message, click on "TD Add" and then managed to close the Todoist window both by minimizing it by clicking on the gray bar and using "X" to close it.

Please tell me, are you following the exact steps as I or was there anything different that you've done? Any different order you've done this, different version numbers> If so, please let me know what's the difference.

Best regards,

OK, My bad as a new user. I just realized while I could only scroll up to
the Inbox / Task Actions icon and did not see anything above the line, that
was simply because I had the browser zoomed and had pushed the top of the
window (the part above the line) out of the browser window. I will say I'm
impressed with the timeliness of your response. Thank you.
