Outlook plugin not showing up at all: do I need premium for this?

JB

I am trying out the free version of Todoist to see how I like it. I downloaded and installed the outlook plug-in. It is showing up in my installed programs list. But I see no sign of it in Outlook.

Do I need the premium version to run this? Seems like all the other features that are premium let me know up front.

This is Outlook 2010, WIndows 7, I am just running the Microsoft Essentials Virus Protection.

Thanks

Hi Jefferson,

Please check the Addins area for Outlook. This can be found from the settings menu at the top left. Does it list OutlookTodoist there? Is it active or disabled, and can you enable it?

Brendon.

No, it does not show up there.

It is not under active, inactive, or disabled.

Jefferson,

Please try running the installer again (make sure Outlook is closed) by using "Run as Admin" in the right click options of the installer. Does it still not show up?

Regards,
Brendon.
