Managing another persons list


I just wondered whether I can set my boss up on Todoist and have full access to his list as well as having my own one. I manage his inbox and want to be able to add things from his inbox directly into his todoist list. Is the only way I can do this by setting up different projects and sharing them? Any tips of advice from any other assistants greatly received

Hi Emilie,

Yes, the best option (really the only option) is the share projects with his account from your account. The only other way would be to have his account details (pass/email) and sign into it. Though you can't be signed into two accounts in one location.
