Trying to delete a label sometimes deletes following ones too

Removing a label sometimes results in "following" labels being deleted too. In this example it only affects the newly-created labels, but it had occurred in other situations too, I believe. I've included a link of a screenshot I uploaded.

If it helps, here is my browser info:
Version 33.0.1750.154 m
Windows 7

Hi Sean,

I can't seem replicate the issue. Is there a particular step that I can follow to be replicate it?

Hi Clyde,

Here are the steps I believe will reproduce the bug.

Have an already-existing label (possibly with no matching tasks? I'm not sure if this has an effect). In my example, this was ASAP.

Create new labels, (in this example, "appointments", "foo", and "bar").

Without refreshing (which rearranges the labels into #of active tasks, and then alphabetical order), click to the right of the bottom-most previously-existing label (in this case "ASAP") and select "Delete label". The warning pops up, and it does have the effect it warns.

Additional, possibly relevant facts:

ASAP has no current tasks, but there are completed tasks that were labeled with it.

Trying to delete one of the newly-created labels does not lead to following ones being deleted too.

It appears to only happen with the last existing label.

Hi Sean,

We reported this to our developers and a fix should be coming soon.
