Is it possible to create a task from an email message on Android?

I'm using gmail add-on on a PC and there is an add-on for Chrome and Firefox allowing to turn web pages into tasks. Are there similar features for Android?

Hi Arkady,

No, unfortunately at this time there are no features such as that for the Android app.

Evernote has a feature where you can forward an email from any platform to Evernote with a personal evernote email address that then puts it into a new Evernote with tags if you want.

Does Todist have that yet?

Matt, Todoist does support emailing new tasks into a project - in the web interface select the 'context menu' three dots and you'll see a selection to configure. However, it's per-project (so you can do to inbox say, and then in a weekly review recategorize - this is what I've done...)

Eric, I thought of this solution also. There is a major drawback, however. When a task comes from an email, most often, the action implies responding to the email. And the created task does not provide a way to do that with one click. I can search the emails by cutting and pasting the subject in email search window, but it's not very convenient on Android. A simple way to open the related email from the task is essential.
