My items (tasks, projects) not visible in Outlook


I set up ToDoist in Outlook at work a few months ago, and it worked fine in Outlook and also on my iPhone (and of course on the web). One day it stopped showing up in Outlook. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still it would not show up in Outlook. Online queries suggested that there may have been some bugs being fixed, so I waited and just used it on my iPhone. When the new plugin became available recently, I reinstalled. Now I can see ToDoist in Outlook, and ToDoist seems to recognize me (my profile has my correct email address), but none of my previously entered tasks or projects are visible in Outlook -- instead it's a fresh page w/ a little prompt that reads, "Add your first project now!"

Pressing the sync button has no effect.

Not sure if it matters, but my login is via my Google account.

Any idea why my stuff isn't loading into the Outlook version?

Well, I just solved this. I created a non-Google account password, logged out and then logged back in and presto, all of my tasks/projects appeared in Outlook.

I hope this helps anyone else having this issue!
