+ Add Question

Using the mobile or desktop Web version to add a task - unable to see add window


When clicking on the + to add a task, I click in the task title box to start typing but the input box shifts to the far left of the screen so I can only see the right hand edge, and can't see the text I,m entering. Happens in Chrome and standard Explorer browsers. Using Samsung note 10.1 2014. Means I can't add tasks. I don't want to use the android app as I use that for my home account and ideally the Web based site for work account. Is there a way around this? Thanks.

Hello Melanie,

This bug should be fixed a few weeks ago. Please try to clear your browser's cache, log out and back in and see if it helps.

As for the Windows app, please right-click on the TD icon in the system tray and use the Logout option from there which should also delete the app's cache.

Thanks for your reply. Have tried your suggestions above but no joy I'm afraid. Do you know when this will be fixed? Thanks, Melanie

This issue has already been fixed. Please send a screenshot showing it to david@doist.io and brendon@doist.io if you're still experiencing it. We can't reproduce it.
