todoist premium cancellation

I'm wondering if you could cancel my premium account (2nd one) and provide me with a refund. I purchased it on 8/22/2013 to extend my existing premium account (1st one) that is valid until 7/27/2014.

The reason is that I've been using Todo on iOS (both on iPhone and iPad) for the past few months and I really liked it and am currently planning of subscribing Todo Cloud and completely switching over from Todoist to Todo Cloud.

Hello Kuni,

Unfortunately, that won't be possible for two reasons.

1. If the purchase was made at StackSocial, we haven't received the payment, but StackSocial did so you would have to contact them directly about it.

2. The purchase was made over 6 months ago which, even if it was made directly on our site, is already pass our 30-day money-back guarantee.
