Reminders not being sent to iPhone

After numerous attempts to have reminders sent to my iPhone, I still do not receive them. I'm pretty sure the response is going to be "send me the exact steps taken so that we can see what you are doing" or something to that affect! I'm not usually one to bash, but as a Premium subscriber (premature in hindsight coming from Wunderlist) I don't really want to be a part of your development team... I want stuff to work! Sorry, but Todoist has a long way to go, I'll keep trying, but ouch!

Hello Michael,

We can assure you that our dev teams does everything to make all features work correctly, we test every feature thoroughly, but unfortunately, if we receive a bug report, we must know under what circumstances does it occur. If it would have occurred to us, it would have certainly been fixed before the release.

I have just tested it and have received a reminder so at this point I unfortunately have to ask you what due date did you use with the reminder or the task. I'd appreciate if you could provide this information.

Best regards,
David

The dates were always correct as in at least 30 minutes past the current date/time or in the future. I have just set one for 11:45 am est via sms... we shall see what happens.

The reminder set for 11:45 was not sent as of 11:19.

Michael,

So the exact due date format of the task was "today at 11:45" and you saw the default "30 minutes before" reminder being added to the task after you've saved it?

Also, when you go to Settings -> Reminders through the web, does the "Send a test" option work?

Best regards,
David

I did see the the default 30 minute reminder added to to task. I have sent multiple, successful tests to my phone.

Michael,

Are you also using our Android app? If so, then this issue will be addressed today or tomorrow with the release of an update as we've identified a bug recently in the Android app which deletes reminders even if they were added on a different platform. Let me know if you've even used the Android app.

Best regards,
David

I use an iPhone.

I am going back to Wunderlist. Keep the $20... Todoist has great potential, just not now.
