Add fullscreen option on Android app

Would it be possible to add a new feature on Android version, in order to reduce the first column and view all tasks in full screen, instead of forcing a 2-tab window ?

Indeed, the first column is showing inbox, today, 7 next days, projects, labels and filters, and the second column our tasks. Each of them takes half size of the screen, but the first column isn't very important and should not be viewed at all times.

Sometimes, I prefer having my Today or 7 next days tab opened, and see only my tasks.

Hello Khalid,

Unfortunately, that's not possible, but the left panel should certainly not take anywhere near half of the screen. Please tell us - what device are you using and what Android version? On a tablet, the left panel should take no more than a third of the screen.

Best regards,

Not possible actually but conceivable ?
I'm frustrated when I try to slide the left pane and try to reduce it without any success. It's clearly a waste of screen space because the left pane only have 5 or 6 rows, and nothing under them. I can make a screenshot if you want.

I'm actually using a tablet (Jelly Bean 4.3) in portrait mode, as my goal is to watch maximum tasks at one time, without scrolling.

Yes, it's technically speaking possible. We will consider allowing the sidemenu to be closed on tablets in future updates. Feel free to add this to our Votebox. http://todoist.com/Vote/
