Alarm not working

K

I just installed this app so I may be overlooking something, but I've tried several times to make this work in the Android app.

I create a task and type in the notification area "March 11 @9:05pm" (without the quotes).

I did not get a notification (I'm a free account). So I tried changing the time again to 9:30 and still no notification. I can confirm that I have chosen a sound to notify me when the due time has occurred. I even tried this on the Chrome extension.

If I understand correctly, Reminders are for premium accounts and send reminders via SMS and email. But a notification is a standard feature that's set to go off at whatever time I schedule it for, correct?

What am I missing?

Hi,

Yes Reminders are a Premium feature, they will go off when you set them :) So to be clear, you are not Premium, that is why it's not working.

Thanks for the prompt response. :)

So what is a notification then?

Hi,

Reminder and Notification can be the same thing depending on what you are talking about. Though we do have notifications within our apps for our sharing feature, you get a notification whens someone completes a task, and things like that. That is for Premium & Free users.

Our Reminders though for tasks like mentioned above, can also be called Notifications as well, at least that is what you get when the Reminder time comes around.

Brendon.
