Premium not working

I just purchased Premium for a year but it's not showing up on any of my platforms.

I've logged out of all places and cleared the cache, history and everything.

Wondering if it takes some time for it to show up?

Hi Chris,

Do you have any other Todoist accounts that could have been upgraded? Let me know the transaction ID or reference number from the purchase and I can manually upgrade.

Hi Brandon,

Paypal gave me this unique transaction ID: 5LM42323S5828230D

I clicked the upgrade link from within the app on my Macbook, so I doubt it used any other account.

Nevertheless, I only use one main e-mail address.

Chris,

The account has now been upgraded to Premium. It appears there may be an issue on our end with Premium upgrades, so this should be fixed by the next time you pay :)
