Tasks not syncing from Gmail plugin


Added tasks in the gmail plugin on a laptop with working internet connection. Moved to a desktop 20 minutes later and none of them had yet synced (to any platform -- the desktop, chrome, gmail, and browser views were all up). Had to reload/restart them all, and only 4 of 5 of the added tasks showed up. The 5th never appeared.

This is the first time I've seen this bug, but it's a bad one so I'm reporting it. Will reply if I see it again.

Hello Jake,

Are you using only one Todoist account and logging into the same account on all platforms/computers? If so - were you online as you've added these tasks? Is there anything special about this 5th task - was it added last and was your browser closed instantly after you've added it before it synced?

Also, are you using our Android app?

Yes, same Google-linked account on all computers, all Todoist platforms. I had internet connectivity while adding tasks, and for about 20-30 minutes after adding tasks and before shutting the laptop.

Nothing special about the lost task, except that it was the last one entered. All five were entered one after the other, so the 5th had roughly the same amount of time to sync as the rest.

I haven't tested to see if this is repeatable. I may do so later, or if I see it again I'll let you know.
