Notes and due dates

I asked before about adding notes. There was no three lines. When I clicked notes it said there are NO notes for this task.
I am using an iPad Air.
Cannot find a place to type in a date or recurring like, every weekday.
The tutorials go too fast.
Can someone walk me through this? If this isn't going to work as shown, I'll get a refund for the premium I bought.
Thank you.

Further, how does one follow up to a reply instead of starting over as I did here with the question about Notes?

Finally, for now, what is the purpose or use of the inbox?

Hello Louis,

To add a note to a task on iOS, tap on the task, go to "Notes" (or "Comments", if it's a shared project) and at the very bottom, you will see a box - tap on it and you'll be able to type text to it, then use "Send" to add the note.

To add a due date to a task, tap on the "Date" field (it will either be empty and labeled as "due date" or contain "today" in it, if you open the add task option on the today view), then type "every weekday" into it.

Reg. following-up on a reply - when I send my reply now, you'll get an email about it, you can either reply to this email or use the link in this email to get back to this thread and then reply here directly.

The Inbox is a "special project" - technically it works as any other project, but it's a default one so that you don't always have to specify to what project should a task go or if the task isn't related to any project, you can put it there.

Best regards,
