Hi Pranay,

Have you updated the app recently? Are you on the latest version? I can't reproduce this issue, the refresh button refreshes Todoist. Try to sign out, clear the cache for Safari, and sign back into the app.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,
Version 4.1.5 (147)

The refresh button refreshes, but changes the view. This issue occurred AFTER I cleared the cache based on your comments on another issue I was facing.

Pranay,

Which page are you on when you refresh it, and it changes?

Regards,
Brendon.

It's a custom filter.

Pranay,

I can't reproduce this on any view, it will always refresh properly. What version of OSX are you running? Does Safari have any extensions installed?

Regards,
Brendon.

Pranay,

I am sorry for the trouble, but no luck in reproducing this, which is needed to resolve the issue.

I'd suggest uninstalling the app, use an app like AppCleaner to remove all instances of Todoist, then re-download the installer from the main website, and re-install.

This shouldn't be needed, but there are no other reports of this issue as of the latest updates.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,
Is there a way I can grab logs for the Todoist developers to troubleshoot this issue?

Pranay,

I don't believe there are any ways to grab logs on the MacApp, but I have asked the dev about it, and I will get back to you.

Regards,
Brendon.

Hi Brendon,
I deleted the app and used App Cleaner to remove all instances and then re-installed. Seeing the same issue again.

Pranay,

Sorry to hear that. As I said before, everytime I try this, it works as it should. It appears you are on the latest version, cleared cache and all the normal steps. It should work without issue.

Are you able to test the app on another system in the same location?

Regards,
Brendon.

I do not have access to multiple systems. I have tried all the steps that have been recommended.

Pranay,

We are very sorry for the issue. We will continue to look into this as much as we can, but so far you are the only report of this being an issue anymore.

It's unlikely, but was there any new programs you installed when this started to happen? It's a long shot (as its very unlikely) but maybe one of them is causing a problem with our software. That being said, I am not sure what else I can ask to resolve the issue, since we aren't' able to reproduce.

Very sorry, again we will see what we can do.

Regards,
Brendon.
