Dont see parent task when I fliter subtask

We are trying to find a good way to share projects and subtasks. We have a Project called "marketing" , then a task called "Pennsylvania program" and then subtasks like "fix web site" which we would assign to different people. When you try to filter by "assigned to others" all you see is "fix website" but not the parent task or project it is related to. Using labels would be great but they don't transfer from user to user . Are we missing something?

Hi Peter,

That is the correct behaviour. Unless you assign the parent task to them, that is the only thing that was assigned, so it's the only one that will show up within the results. We will consider changing this in future updates.

There seem to be several requests already related to having 'proper' subtasks, so I'm just going to say: +1
