Group Subscription / Bulk Discount

I was considering Todoist to share to-do lists and shopping list between myself (Android) and my wife (iPhone). I currently use Toodledo (paid user), but use Out Of Milk for shopping list sharing.

I found that for me to have something similar to categories I'd have to subscribe for ~USD 30/year to be able to use labels. But for my wife to view and edit labels, I understand that she would have to pay as well.

That's about USD60/year. Is that correct?

As a comparison, Toodledo is USD15/year, and Out of Milk is free, and both include web access, sharing, tags, etc. The applications are a one-time payment.

Does Todoist have some bulk-discount scheme?

Hello Michael,

That is partially correct. If you use Todoist on the web, you can create labels for free. Simply type @label into the task's name to set it up. The Premium feature is that you get access to the full label list and can color-code them, but just using labels can be done for free.

That said, using labels is not Premium on the web.

We do not offer nay discounts for multiple licenses at this time.

I would second this as a valuable option. The tool becomes more useful the more people use it, and the premium features really are a must for enterprise use, so offering a group licensing discount could attract some large purchases (100 for $2000 instead of $2900, for example). Cheers.
