Upgrade Not Working

Just upgraded in-app to Premium. Doesn't look like any of the Premium features are active. Unable to email task to project and don't even see the feature.

Hi Kerry,

Your account is Premium on our end, please sign out and back in again to make sure it's refreshed. Though, you will need to go to the web version, right click a project "email tasks to this project" and make sure any email address' you are using are added to the accepted list.

so you pay to upgrade and then nothing happens and no email address or telephone number to call??? Doesn't sound like good business practices to me.....

Hi Bruiser,

Really sorry for the inconvenience. We don't have a phone number yet but you can reach us here or through our email address at support@todoist.com. We normally respond within the day but we reply to messages way faster during weekdays.

Regarding your problem, it looks like that you might have another account aside from your Gmail account. Can you please make sure that you're logging in with the account that's linked with your Gmail email as that's set to expire this Feb 21, 2016.

If that doesn't still help, can you please let us know which premium feature you are unable to access?

It just isn't working...I checked and you were right about my Android version. So I signed back in under the Gmail address but nothing changed. So tell me how I can get the version that I paid for or send me my money back. I had high hopes that this would be a good program for me.
Also feel free to call me if you want to walk me through something...BTW the account says that I do have the premium version and that I am paid up for over a year yet it shows none of the premium features….

Hi Bruiser,

Sorry to hear about that! Since your account shows you are Premium, you should have access to all Premium features. For example, please try to hover any task and click on the notes icon (as it's a Premium feature). Are you able to add notes? You can also try to click on the Labels section in the left side menu as it's also a Premium feature. Are you able to create labels there?
