We want to list 13 things we do every day , how do we transfer the list of tasks numbered 1 to 13 as a template on to each and every day so that we can just fill in the tasks each morning ??

There are two options:

1. You can set the due date of each task to "every day" or even include specific times like "every day at 7am", "ev day @ 8am" to keep them in order in all views and each time you check one off, it will move to tomorrow.

2. You can export a template. To do so, enter the project in which you've prepared the task set, click on the tools icon at the top (the one that says "Task Actions" when you hover over it) and choose "Export as a template" from this menu. You'll get a TXT file with these tasks and you can then import it from this template anytime.

Thanks David,

when i click on each of the tasks it opens that line and I have put every day into the box where it says date due.

I assume this will then copy the list of tasks 1 - 13 to each day.

now how do i access the next day or next week list so i can edit ands add to the tasks which should now be numbered 1 through 13 ?

That's not possible. It's always the same task, when you complete it today, it will automatically move its date to "tomorrow", you complete it tomorrow - it goes to the day after that etc.

If you need to make constant changes to these tasks each day, please use the template option instead.
