Hi Todd,

- Does each task have a due date and time? Some dates, some times?
- Is this on the Today view, another view, project?
- Did you at any point manually move a task?

Thanks,
Brendon.

Only some tasks have due dates and no tasks have times.

This is on the Today view.

I'm sure I manually moved some tasks sometime in the past. I would expect that sorting would either remove all previous manual sorting or that sort order would be "demoted" to a second sort.

Todd,

Does it occur in another browser? If you clear the cache for the browser you are using, then log back in, is it still occurring?

Regards,
Brendon.

I have tried different browsers, cleared the cache logged back in and still the same problem. The window menu appears but I cannot click on any of the 3 sorting options

Hello Matt,

Please try to create a new project with a couple of test tasks and let us know if the issue persists there and also if clearing the cache and trying a different browser helps.

Best regards,
David

My apologies -- this sorting problem was in a project.

I did try logging out and in, a different browser, and clearing the cache. No change -- it still doesn't support correctly.

I did create a new project and it does appear to sort correctly.

Todd,

So if it's a project, you clicked on the wrench icon in the top right, and choose a sort option, it works, or does not? As any new task, will indeed be added to the bottom until you sort it again.

Regards,
Brendon.
