Does todoist need multiple instances of the Todist.Helper.exe running? I have at least 3 running at any given time. Is this normal?
You are running our Windows app correct, and not our Outlook plugin? Which version of windows are you running? Are you sure it's Todoist.helper.exe and not Todoist.exe? As having three of those is normal.
I am not running the Windows app because it crashes upon opening and isn't usable. I've actually uninstalled the app.
I only run the Outlook plugin; I currently have 3 different instances of the Todoist.Helper.exe process running, and can provide a screen cap if needed.
That would be correct. Todoist.helper.exe is for the Outlook plugin. And we do have 3 for each application we have.
Just checking in on this - there are *supposed* to be 3 instances of Todoist.Helper.exe running for the Outlook plugin, each eating 16,000-21,000K memory?
Yes, that's correct :-)
